A.  JustHealth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that provides to direct assistance to patients and providers that are faced with dangerous, deceptive, dishonest, unfair or unlawful conduct by insurance companies, doctors or hospitals.

JustHealth also works to safeguard the rights of consumers and healthcare providers in other ways. We propose and support legislation that will help foster a just healthcare system in America. Please read our Mission Page for more information about how we are fighting for you!

JustHealth provides assistance with the following issues:

  • Getting needed healthcare goods or services
  • Doctors, Hospital or other healthcare facility charges/billings and/or collection practices
  • Insurance company (HMO, PPO, etc.) delaying, diminishing, denying payment of claim
  • Insurance company (HMO, PPO, etc.) cancelling insurance, demanding repayment, accusing claimant of fraud
  • Problems with Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Comp, Disability Insurance
  • Any false or misleading statement by an insurance company
  • Problem obtaining your medical records
  • Obtaining Insurance
  • Other problems with Insurers, doctors, hospitals, healthcare facilities
  • Fixing the System!

JustHealth also assists healthcare providers with any of the above issues in addition to issues related to:

  • Demanding repayment of sums already paid for your goods or services
  • Problems related to your professional insurance

A.  JustHealth does not guarantee results of any kind. We are often successful, but cannot promise a satisfactory outcome. We do not ask for fees when we do not succeed.

A.  Yes. As the only payment for its initial consultation, JustHealth requires a commitment that the person requesting its assistance will inform JustHealth in writing of the ultimate resolution of his/her problem. JustHealth charges fees for the services it provides after the initial consultation. JustHealth’s fees are usually, but not always, contingent on the results it gets for you. The fees vary depending on the nature of the services provided and are not set by law.

JustHealth also welcomes your tax deductible donations for those that wish to help create a just healthcare system for America.

A.  JustHealth is often successful in resolving disputes and problems with insurance companies and medical providers, however, sometimes we are not. As such, JustHealth does not guarantee results of any kind.

A.  After your submit your request for assistance, our intake coordinator will review your request and determine if it is something we might be able to help you with. We will be contacting you to follow up within 5 business days, unless it is urgent in which case we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have not heard from us after 5 business days or you require immediate assistance, please feel free to contact us at (888) 225-2686.

A. Yes! JustHealth depends on your generosity to offer the valuable services we provide to consumers and providers that have no where else to turn. Fixing our broken healthcare system takes passion, hard work and money. JustHealth takes donations at any time from those that want to support our work and help foster a just healthcare system in America.
